Call & SMS Consent.

CureMedix does not add anyone to a call or text list without a direct request from that person. You provide consent yourself when you complete a form on curemedix.io, such as a consultation request, a pricing request, or a contact form. Each of these forms includes an explicit consent checkbox that is never pre-selected and must be ticked before the form can be submitted.

When you tick that box and submit, we record your consent along with the date, time, the phone number and email you entered, and the exact consent wording shown to you at that moment.

Your consent applies only to CureMedix and only to the purposes below. We do not share your number with other companies, and we do not use it for unrelated campaigns.

• Scheduling and confirming the consultation or strategy call you requested
• Responding to a pricing, service, or general inquiry you submitted
• Following up on a request you started and sharing information about the CureMedix services you asked about
• Servicing your account, including onboarding and support, if you become a client

Message frequency varies based on your request and how our conversation progresses. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. CureMedix does not charge you for calls or texts.

You can withdraw your consent whenever you want. We honor every opt-out request promptly and keep a record of it.

• Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop text messages
• Email info@curemedix.io and ask us to remove you from calls, texts, or both
• Tell any CureMedix representative during a call that you no longer wish to be contacted

For every opt-in we retain a timestamped record that includes the form you submitted, the consent language you agreed to, and the contact details you provided. We keep these records for as long as required by applicable law and best practice, including after you opt out, so that we can demonstrate that consent was properly obtained.

Agreeing to receive calls or texts is optional. You are never required to consent in order to buy a CureMedix product or service, and choosing not to consent will not affect the pricing or terms we offer you.

CureMedix places calls in line with applicable laws and regulations, including the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation, and UK direct-marketing rules where relevant.

• We identify ourselves as CureMedix and explain the reason at the start of a call
• We respect national Do Not Call registries and preference services
• We do not contact numbers that have opted out
